2/6's a miracle!! Not scammed by taxi wahoo!!!so we really didn't have too much luck here with our accommodation. We decided to stay on the island next to Cebu called Mactan, as apparently Cebu is not so great. We had 2 places for our options...first one there was confusion as to whether we could have a double room, no one gave us a straight answer so ended up leaving. Next one was banana cantina hostel. This was quite a drive...just to get there and it was all locked up! ...

I know that there have many advantages and disadvantages between hearing or deaf family, although now I have no preference at all because the life and family aren't perfect. After being away from the beach for a few days, we are headed back to a beach on a small island called Malapascua. I picked this island because of its popularity for diving, and white sand beaches. I am SO excited. I know it's only been a few days but I missed being on the beach! I miss the smell of the ocean and sounds of the crashing waves. There is no denying I was probably a fish in my previous lifetime. The ride to this island is about 4-5 hours and there are vans and taxis ...

    Chicken Check In

... Inn - which was really nice, clean,
organised and with a free meal, WIFI, hot water and Cable TV. Pure
luxury after a rustic couple of weeks, just a shame about the smell
of sewers in the bathroom, sticky plastic mattress, ant invasion and
the view of the waste ground next door out of the window!
soon headed out, walking the mile or so to the huge Ayala shopping
mall, greeted every few steps by friendly locals. Excited by seeing
