We couldn’t leave without a souvenir and Ness picked up a book written by Terri after Steve’s untimely death, simply called ‘My Steve’. Ness has nearly finished it and says it’s a wonderful book and insight into his life as a crocodile hunter, zookeeper, ...

At the International Airport waiting to board after stressful start. Message just after 12 from Virgin Airlines, change of time to leave. I was the only one to get the message. Early on in the day a customer paid an $8 bill with a $100 note which we found a bit nuts but it's a normality really here!! There are big money notes here there and everywhere!! We also find it a bit crazy how people can eat chips and cheeseburgers at like 9 in the morning, it just doesn't seem right! We had a pretty steady morning, ...

... day though :( The majority of our time spent planting strawberries was used to try and make up stories that could maybe get us the afternoon off work or an early finish... None of them ever worked.. We left one farm early as we told them we had work in the afternoon and then they banned us from ever going back; they weren't very nice though so we weren't too bothered! So a few more days passed of planting strawberries, and in no time at all the 4 weeks seemed to be ...
