... got pretty messy. Headed into the bay to drop anchor and dodged around quite a few others doing the same! Seriphos is tiny with a great beach and an ancient chora (old town) 5 miles up with its tiny ancient passageways, quaint white houses and laid back people.
The motor had leaking water pump seal so we motored to Paros Is in search of the ellusive diesel mechanic. Took a couple of goes but got it fixed and sailed to an excellent bay south Anti Paros. ...

We spent the day here relaxing on the beach. The water was the perfect temperature for swimming. The boys spent their day diving off the dock, swimming, snorkeling and fishing. ... and flowers everywhere. Very pretty. We found the site where the statue was supposedly found, just a bit of scrubby grass area, the remains of an ancient Roman Amphitheatre and Catacombs. The largest catacombs found outside of Rome and evidence of early christianity in the Aegean.

We arrived at Milos which was very dry and hot compared to Serifos. It was around 3pm when we left the ferry and set off to find ourselves some accommodation. Milos definitely takes the cake for the strangest beaches we went to, but they were all amazingly beautiful! Quarries supported the majority of the population on the island until the mid 1980's, so we went to the mining museum to get a little history of the island.
