        Time to try a new motel. The Red Roof Inn. Not bad, and with our coupon booklet we got a really good price too. No breakfast, but coffee in the lobby, and that’s good enough. We’ve got cereal anyway!

        In the morning we went for a run – a new resolution of mine after weighing myself at the supermarket. It was fun, but hot.
