The forecast for Thursday was pretty much guaranteed to be raining and so our boat trip around the islands had to be cancelled. Instead Daniel organized a guided bus tour around the island.

6 September What a whirlwind of a day. After the 7:30 departure from Menaggio by ferry then train we stopped off at Milan to do a quick tour of the city. The Doumo was the first stop, (google for the history), where we went to the rooftop, a few pictures from here. Then it was back on the train and off to Verona.
