Managed to make it here after two horrendous road trips. Everything that could get stuck on the highway did. But here we are. It is a little cool this time but the each is always beautiful. Last night gave us a crazy rain storm but today is sunny. We needed some down days anyway to recover from driving (and this damn flu we still have). Probably …

I guess you could say we are stuck in a Rednexodous! After over eight hours, we claw our way into New Orleans four hours late and are greeted by our extremely gracious and patient hosts with a long-overdue cold beverage.
