Had a mixed day at Loveland. Lindsay and I drove to Loveland early and got on the slopes by 10:30 or so. Kirk, Chris and Vienne didn't get there until noon.

  • Weather was great

When you have to go running in trackies, gloves and a beanie it's just not that appealing. I have no idea how people play sport here in the freezing cold? Anyway, as a result we've been looking forward to our day on the slopes and were really excited when the ski fields opened up a few weeks early. ...

Getting Our Health Back

... clouds. The blue sky. I can’t stop looking at it, the striking blue of the sky. Heat. Different kinds of foods. Different types of beverages. No Tibetan tea. Choosing what I want to eat and drink - and when. Coffee how and when I want it. The type of tea I want and when I want it. Electricity and appliances to be able to make the tea and the coffee. Electricity and appliances to safely store and cook the food. Ice. A vehicle ...
