Woke up to some early morning rain and ate breakfast underneath the pavilion. Headed on out for the state of Nebraska!

... and enjoyed mountain views, forest paths, lovely wildflowers, and happy dogs. The girls were great again, roaming around with great abandon, but checking in from time to time, and returning every time we whistled. Hope we can get up high next week.

... skiiers and boarders making their way up the mountain but not nearly the crowds we were expecting. It was an awesome day, the sun was out and the mountain looked just magic! Spent our time in the village wondering around the few stores that were open, organised ski gear, lift tickets and some lessons for tomorrow.
