January 23rd-Wednesday-We have been having oatmeal most days lately, tastes good when it is cool in the mornings. The sky is cloudy and rain showers expected for the week. Temps in the mid 70s to mid 60s. Phil did his thing today and I did mine here at the house. I missed the call from the MRI lady so have to call them tomorrow. To Scuttlebutts for dinner. ...
... pies Robin...!!.. The trail now opened out into the hidden valley , a flat dry river bed surrounded by huge boulders each side with only one way in and one way out..it was amazing and continued to have a few challenges along the way . .. an outcrop of rocks with a 20 foot drop , we slide down on our bottoms, and a few low tunnels we had to duck under..one of the most interesting walks we had been on..
