Driving through Colorado was amazing, the mountains are beautiful. Once again, we weren't on the interstate often, so I think we got to see a lot more. I'd only been to Colorado Springs a couple of times and Denver once, so this was all entirely new to me. We stayed in Glenwood Springs, Colorado Sunday night.

After walking through the sanctuary, Sheila and I headed back downtown to look at the shops - we didn't buy anything - all the stores were pretty high classed. Before leaving Aspen, we drove to the Ashcroft Ghost Town. In its heyday, this town was bigger than Aspen. Now it is a series of log cabin buildings. You can only imagine what life was in the town.
