Not a bad place to stay. Just before the tolls to get on Sanibel Island. Nice views. Place we were in was a little musty smelling and I think every toilet in the place flushed through our pipes. Heard that noise all day and all night. Different unit in the complex may have made for a higher review. Worked well for us though.

Sadly, today we had to leave the beauty of Key West and make our way to Sanibel, well actually Punta Rassa (a suburb of Fort Myers) just on the other side of the bridge from Sanibel Island. We came to Key West on a cloudy, rainy day - and we leave Key West on a cloudy, chilly day. Glad we had great weather in between.

Oh yea, it is on an island, surrounded by water. Everywhere you go there is a river or a tributary and signs all over "No Swimming' and either right above or below those signs "BEWARE OF ALLIGATORS". I have yet to see one, but one day I will go lookin fer ...

Had a two stop flight from Fort Myers to Quebec. Made it two thirds of the way then Betty lost her balance and fell on a moving walkway and tore her left hamstring. Needless to say we had to spend the night in the emergency room in Montreal where no one spoke English as a first language and none of the signage was in English. She was released in the morning and we finished the last leg to Quebec. We made to the ship but she has wheelchair and a walker for ...

The Hilton's lunch was being served in their sports bar which suited me just fine as they had several large screens with college football games on. I ordered sliders and a diet coke and watched one of the games for awhile, before returning to my room. I freshened up from the ...
