... the Riverhorse has a 4.5 star rating from Trip Adviser. I had fresh Utah Red Trout baked with a pistachio nut crust- served on a bed of forbidden rice with a pomegranate fennel salsa and wild arugula. It was so delicious I asked the waiter for the recipe. He said the trout was soaked in buttermilk to take away the fish flavor. The black or forbidden rice was cooked in chicken broth with minced onion. ... had a blues band playing. Thank god for the drummer who was older than me. SLC sure is a young lively town.
i even took Linz up for a couple of dances and she remarked how after 30 years I hadn't changed my technique!
A late night then back to the most comfy bed I have slept in.highly recommend a memory foam mattress.

With no alarm set, we slept until 10 a.m.! Wow! We haven't slept passed 6:30 for so long we can't remember. We got ourselves moving into this new time zone and we were at the airport by 11:30. It is a beautiful sunny day in San Francisco and we couldn't enjoy it. Darn.

... Last day skiing Park City. Sitting next to a volunteer mountain host on the lift I commented it was rather icy conditions...he replied the lower temperature is good in that it retains the snow, but conceded it made the skiing "stiff and fast" - I still say "Icy".
