Talloires to Lyon to Domme! An early morning taxi ride into Annecy to catch our train to Lyon. It was a two hour scenic trip, some of it trailing a large lake. When we got back to our we found to our dismay, the window had been left opened and rain had come in wetting Jenny's shoes and the floor!! The hotel management may not be happy and I hope our bill doesn't cover the cost of replacing the ...

... in the sites. Very touristic but pretty. Back on the boat and a 45 min. trip back to Tallories. The lake is so picturesque with small villages scattered along the shores. There are jetties with speedboats and water craft bobbing up and down in their moorings with the mountains caressing the lake. I need to find a very rich white haired bachelor (the inheritance will come sooner) with an Aston Martin DB10 and a fully kitted out speedboat so I can spend my winters ...
