    ... good, still couldn't sit or lay on my butt was OK. The doctor eventually came and we agreed that if I don't improve I will go back to a hospital for x-rays. We got a taxi back to our camper about 9pm on where we moved to a stelplatz thanks to Jan and Chris finding one.     ... finding it impossible to decide which was most delicious as all were pretty outstanding. It is cool and rainy, but we are warm and content beneath the wide overhang of the wooden roof.

    Wednesday 27th

    Our last day in Chamonix. Woke up as saw the sun shining – YAY. Went out and opened the curtains and sure enough patchy cloud but quite a nice day (not as clear as our first day, but there is still time).
