... We are really getting over expensive and sometimes not so good restaurant meals now, and at times really crave simple home cooked meals.
I had one of my mini meltdowns tonight, and had a good cry as the pangs of homesicknessness well and truly set in. Uggghhhh felt awful as vivid images of my loved ones, dog, home and country came flashing into my mind, resulting in feelings that almost made me feel physically sick. I actually liked this church better than the cathedral because it was different. The walls of the main chapel were bright and painted with scenes. Plus, they've got an ossuary room. I find those soooo fascinating. I love the way people saved space in graveyards and honored the dead by allowing them to be part of ...

... jandals with a back strap, flat sandals, floral espadrilles (can't quite see me in those) and ballet flats or flat courts, but those look a bit "old", although someone young could wear them. There are lots and lots of ballet flats, but I did read an article which said they were worse for your feet than stillettos. I'd love something more along the lines of the gorgeous gold shoes I bought in Christchurch, but in the meantime, I'm not making packing a ...
