... this morning. Of course I graciously accept the Todd's kind offer, grab my bag, and we hit the road.

On the commute into Kracow I learn that the Todd is an English tutor and isn't Polish, rather he is from Belgium and now lives in Poland as he married a Ukrainian woman some years ago.

"Ukrainian" I enthuse, "no doubt she is a beautiful girl." My aim here being to get the Todd onside early as he seems like a good bloke.

... neither of us turned to look. As we got to the top of the hill we saw a lovely church and in the background (back the way we walked) the top of the castle. Giggling to ourselves we walked back down to the castle. As we walked in we bought a map for good measure. The insides were lovely with huge stained glass windows on all walls. The colours were amazing. We got some nice pictures then walked out and walked around the castle admiring the very gothic and dark period it was built ...

... our way across town to the meeting point for the tour of the castle. Prague castle dominates the skyline and is the worlds largest medieval castle! ... 8220;little barrel” which is cutest hippo name ever! They don’t have pygmy hippos at Prague Zoo, but they did have two lovely cheetahs that were enjoying a bit of afternoon sunshine, in between hissing at the visitors.
