... we arrive home. I spoke to a Canadian yesterday who had competed in this years BC (British Columbia) MTB race and it sounds as if I have to practice riding lots of large tree roots. My mate Alan Vogt who I build trails with for the Mont and Kowalski Classic got us two entries into the race next year, so that will be my training goal for 2014.
