... last hello stop in the marina on the Sunday to confirm the trip and found the captain with a big bandage from the nearby hospital. ... trip!

We easily spent a few hours in the Deshaies Botanical Gardens. With over 1000 species of plants and trees, there was plenty to enjoy along the almost 2 kilometres of pathways. The tropical parrots particularly liked Dad. Dad was unimpressed to discover, however, that they were none other than Lorikeets from Australia! Yep, we travelled 21 000 kilometres to hang out with some local Aussies!

With more than 300 kilometres of hiking trails ...
