... We did not buy our tickets before hand. You can always buy at ticket once you are on the train. We did that on our train to Bologna and ended paying more. Once we got to Bologna we tried to get tickets to Florence but all the trains where sold out. We were not sure what todo. We didn't want to spend the day in Bologna as we had already been there. ... hit the bike path in the heat. We made our way up the coast along the bike path adjacent to the beach. We made good time until we had a little trouble attempting to exit Cervia. Took a little while, with a slight diversion - OK, we got lost! Our path lead us onto the A14, a highway rather than on our minor road. Our guides gave us directions - people we stopped on the street and we were able to get back onto route SS16.
