... out everything about the area. Well done Neville - despite your technical problems you delivered a very interesting, insightful presentation. It's now Sunday and we drove to Cumbria to see my Cousin Laura and Family. An interesting tour of the region by Dominic and a delightful pub lunch. My "tourist" highlight was going to Alnwich Castle (Northumberland). Harry Potter movie 1 and 2 were partly filmed here. What an outstanding ...

It is everything this kitchen isn’t.The current layout has proven to be eminently functional and effective, but I miss my kitchen. The range hood here was obviously build for a jockey, and hits me at shoulder height. The ...

... at the entrance way, but with a distinct spin towards quality. I was thrilled to wander in there yesterday and notice hundreds of cases of 2001 Bordeaux Haut Medoc piled shoulder high, at the unbelievable price of €8.95 each. Carrefour is great for large weekly shops, where you can pile the trolley full with a huge assortment of delights and spend only €100 or so. Unless of course you get side-tracked by the isles of wines. The best supermarket ...
