Prague is REALLY incredible. So far, it's our favorite city. We partook of the wonderful free walking tour and agin learned so many things. Did you know Prague hosts the only venue in Europe still standing at which Mozart performed? Me neither. Did you know that over the last 80 years, a person living in Prague....without ever moving... has been 8 different nationalities? Me neither. The Old Town Square boasts the Astronomical Clock, ...

... a cold wet day. We visited a Bistro called Sisters ( very apt) where we tried modern versions of traditional opened sandwiches - yum. Next a butcher - very interesting - pork crackling mixed with lard !! Next a visit to a 1 star Michelin restaurant La Degustation that use a modern take on traditional Czech food based on a very old recipe book - apparently by the Czech Julia Childs!! It was the highlight for me, it was amazing!! Then we hopped on the tram, then bus then ...
