... day when we went to see Pompei and she was very nice, it was good to be with another American. When we finally arrived at our new farm ************e spoke English except for another woofer from Spain, she saved us! We have found another place we would like to come back to. Our stay in Verona was just perfect. The old city is very easy to get around, and there were hardly any tourists, so no queues to get into the museums and churches, which was a plus after our last stops. We took the flight from Amsterdam to Venice at 7:30AM. Then we took a bus to the train station called "Venezia Mestre" from the airport.
