... In France, in all private residence and most public places, the toilet is in a separate room from the sink.

Other weird stuff i found out:
- You don't have to tip service workers, (taxi drivers, waiters, ect..), because the tip is usually in the price of whatever is purchased.
- French TV plays american shows dubbed over in French. It is really strange to try to watch Malcolm in the Middle or Ghost Whisperer when the actors are speaking English and ...

... the line moved really fast and we were inside by 9:05am. We got our tickets, and our audio guides, and headed straight up stairs to see the Mona Lisa. Basically just follow the crowd! But as it was so early, we were able to get to the front of the crowd and get a good close up view of her. It's amazing to see. And her eyes really do follow you around the room.
