... with their meeting. Since Rich & Sue used to live in the area, they were the tour guides. Our first stop was a local McDonald's. I know that sounds lame, but this one looks like a log cabin, both inside and out, complete with trophy animals. Sue told me that the last time they were there, some of the animals had hamburgers, fries and drinks in their paws. That is no longer the case, but it is still a unique McDonald's. Next we drove around ...

It was a very nice visit with all of them, although it was too short, as usual. The young Joneses didn't want to hang out with the old folks for very long and the older Joneses have two dogs at home they had to get back to, but we talked about lots of things including mom & dad. Thanks to Kris, we even SKYPEd with mom & dad for a bit, even though something happened and we couldn't see them for a bit. I say ...

The woman who gave the tour had many stories to go along with everything she showed us. They have some very interesting stuff like the official final transcript from the Nuremberg trials. They have a Holocaust Room with lots of very disturbing pictures and ...

This outlet mall is nothing like San Marcos, but they did what needed to be done and signed off on it. While we were out there, we walked around, that took all of about 20 minutes (it is spread out).

We then headed back into Madison to drive to the Alliant Center so we would ...

... one that Bob really doesn't like, but guess he thought it would be bad enough. After crossing the river, we continued on our way and turned off onto 88 (Ronald Reagan Memorial Highway). Almost immediately we ran into construction. Actually for the next 10-12 miles. Most of the time we were the leader of the parade, so it wasn't too bad. Soon after the construction was ended, we entered the Ronald Reagan Memorial Tollway ...
