    ... condusive to longevity. After lunch, Mike and I went over to the Florida State HOG, Harley Owner Group, Ralley and Gail, his lady went off to work. It was fun attending the shindig again. The last one I attended was up in Minnesota and I won the longest ride trophy. I think I rode my bike 1600 miles to go to the ralley.

    Had a two stop flight from Fort Myers to Quebec. Made it two thirds of the way then Betty lost her balance and fell on a moving walkway and tore her left hamstring. Needless to say we had to spend the night in the emergency room in Montreal where no one spoke English as a first language and none of the signage was in English.     ... then relaxed and sunbathed by the pool for a few hours. Took Stephen and Robin to the airport for their flight back to New York, was an emotional moment, got upset in front of them, couldn't help but have a wee cry, Albert he had tears in his eyes too.
