... get some nice heavy squats. They have a pretty good range of equipment and a pool we can use too so I'm sure that will be nice in the winter. We were pretty exhausted after and just made a trip to Walmart for a few more things then relaxed.

Overall it's been a pretty quiet week but it's been nice to just take it slow as it's been pretty crazy up to this and we know it's gonna get pretty crazy in a months time!!

... the coffee shop being pretty unique too. We had lunch at the coffee shop called 'Sticky Fingers Cafe' and it was so tasty!!

Darren had a coffee with a BBQ pulled pork sandwich on a pretzel bun.
I had a warm apple cider (cider isn't always alcoholic over's just more of a spiced warm apple drink) and a salad with spinach, mandarin orange, cranberries, chicken, almonds, feta and a raspberry dressing. We resisted all of the yummy ...

It was so lucky to reach the Rockies when the Aspen trees were wearing their golden colour. It does not happen for long so I enjoy my week there with Pickles and for few days with Theo before he flew back to London.
My french friends would say that the Rockies don't have the majesty of the french Alps but I love their softness and the fact that you can reach the summit within few hours but still can climb verticals ...

... and enjoyed so much the fragility and tenacity of these tiny wonders thinking that they spend much of the winters under snow and freezing temperatures to bloom with majesty in the spring and summer. A lesson to learn I assume from mother nature,

Finally, at about 11:30 we moved forward four car lengths and stopped. It was 11:50 when we moved forward a tenth of a mile and stopped once again. We actually started moving at 12:15, almost two hours from when we first stopped.
