... not. So surely I wouldn't go down again. Yes we did but this time only an intermediate course. I was so lucky no major damage. You guessed it. I flew over handle bars again as even intermediate hard. This time I was in real pain. Landed on head and my right hand was hurt. And shoulder. And knee..... Unbelievably given fall it was only badly bruised and cut up. Hand still hurts but not broken. Bushell kindly took a photo of me on the fall then told me my bike was fine. True ...

... ended up at the base of the big rocks we saw from the Point.. El Capitan and hald dome were amazing. I saw some rock climbers on a multiday climb up some of them, i'll attach pics and look for the brigt dot in the middle. After we did that loop we drove out and around on hwy 120 and up at 9000 'altitude we got a primitive cMpsite at Pocupine Flat campground. ... and bouncing their bikes to compare tyre pressures. At the top of mammoth we had intended to take a cable car ride but it got struck by lightening so was cancelled!

We decided to take a stroll along to the Devils postpile which is an area of huge tall hexagonal columns that were formed naturally. The stones also made an ideal drum for Rowan who loves to have a jamming session with jojo, Arnaud and I at ever opportunity. ...

... as well as the sleeping bags AK & SJ had from camping. It still wasn't enough! We woke up freezing cold! The next morning AK got up early as usual and SJ had a lie in (as usual). AK went to enquire about renting bikes as its probably the best way to get around such a big park. Once SJ had thawed out in the shower and AK had his Cheerios we were ready to go....but not before we mention Syril. Now SJ knows full well that you shouldnt feed the wildlife ...
