... the peninsula - somewhere my colleague Kim had been the weekend before and praised highly. Arriving in the middle of the day it was the perfect weather to park up and eat fish and chips on the beach! ... a day at “Wet n Wild” on the Gold Coast for some epic water slide action. It was good fun but freezing.

After Brisbane we went up to the Sunshine Coast, Maroochydore for 2 nights to soak up the sun and spent 3 day bodysurfing before hitting the road for Melbourne.

The handover of the campervan was fine, no issues and we got to claim $100 worth of fuel back in addition to our deposit refunded which was great, but the depot was in Caringbah, arguably not even a suburb of Sydney. Located south of the city, south of the airport, south of Botany Bay ...

... it! Now the garden, I won't use the words large or big but suffice it to say is that their old hose and garden would fit into this area with a some room to spare. Enough of the house, I could go on but I must move along. Raffie and I picked the twins up from school around 3ish. They were a bit shy, but it wear off soon I think. The rest of the evening was just sitting around eating, drinking, not to much, and chatting. 10 July Today was spent just relaxing in the ...

          Everybody needs good Neighbours

A travel blog entry by ayc17 on Jun 20, 2015

... it turns out neighbours is filmed in Melbourne, mostly in a studio but Ramsey Street (not it's real name) is located in a small suburb nearby! After growing up watching neighbours we had to see the street and so madebour way there. It's weird as people live there and the street has 24 hour security. But the street is unmistakable and we manage to take some pictures as they prepare it for filming the next day. The people who live there ...
