Austria is a very prosperous country, and the capital city of Vienna is full of grand old buildings, fantastic parks and wonderful public places. Seeing the prosperity evident here, and remembering the economic abundance we always see in Switzerland, raises the question of whether pursuing neutrality might be the most economically attractive strategy for a country. ... included squats, planks, pushups, lunges and tricep dips while the boys drank beer and ate chips.

Liz and I earnt our dinner and dined at a local Italian restaurant, Continetta la Rorma around the corner. Was a beautiful very cosy restaurant and we had great entrees and pasta. The owner kindly gave us a free Christmas amaretto shot to celebrate. We went home with a light mist in the air which gives us hope for snow tomorrow morning! ...
