... not fully lucid these days and is basically seeing no one.

After the obligatory champagne and warm nuts, Vicki and I both had the Sea Bass for dinner it was exceptionally good for an airplane meal. We each tried watching a movie and I chose Jack Rencher. Bad choice! It was a typical Tom Cruise action flick that followed the Hollywood formula to a T.

Success - a wonderful moose siting (bull with full rack and cow) in Rocky Mountain National Park. Got up at daybreak to see what we might see (yesterday, Monday). Also saw lots of elk and heard them do their buggling and whistling.

Decided to stay just one day in Rocky Mountain NP because campground had been cleared of all trees due to pine beetle infestation ... so while the animals were WOW, the campground ...

... Photo 3 is from outside my hotel looking down towards the Gondala, yes it really is that close. Photo 4 is looking up the hill from the hotel. Photo 5 is from the top of the Christie Chair to the top of the Gondala.

Photo 6 is just an awesome photo with runs in sunlight and the grey ominous clouds in the background, this means more snow is on the way. Photos 7 & 8 are looking towards the top of the backside where I tried one run ...
