... in the heat was no fun, thankfully it was shady, and I thought oh well I need the exercise, and I was wearing shoes not my usual sandals. Hmmm Helen was right today, we should have gone left!
We had a short wait for the shuttle down to the YART departure area, then all too soon our exploration day was drawing to a close.
The bus back to Sonora was all down hill, so the trip was shorter, I managed to take some photos of the winding road ...

We loaded most of the food, clothes, etc. into the RV Friday, so there wasn't much prep to do (for me anyway) today. The drive to Yosemite was a bit more tedious than I hoped. One of those things where it does not look bad on the map but when you start driving you realize they are not easy miles. It was scenic. We got to the scenic valley floor and took a short hike around the meadows before heading over to the Visitor Center.
