... popular time for Americans to take their kids to see amazing places like this . Personally I felt it lacked the atmosphere of Montezuma castle but glad we went and I really enjoyed the views and stopping at the top where you could see some further settlements from a distance . Unfortunately all state parks seem to have compost toilets so had a fab time there before hitting the road back to the warm and the land of red rocks . ...

We all danced and played some beer pong American style and really enjoyed the Colorado atmosphere.

The air was filled with pumping music on a Friday night and jam-packed full of locals. We left at 2am which was close time and jumped into a cab for a short ride back to the hotel so it was pretty easy to get to!

The next morning we checked out of our hotel but we were not leaving Durango just yet!

Richard spent ages on the phone last night trying to get Dollar to bring me a new car for first thing this morning.

They promised they would phone at 6am and the car would be there for 9.
Of course nothing is ever as easy as it should be. Ric*************ed at about 0730 ...

... me know that after my next and last steroid shot (for the baby's lungs), I could go home for the night.

We were officially discharged from the hospital around 8pm Thursday night, both of us relieved of this outcome. I was put on official bed rest and for the past few days I've spent a lot of time reading, watching tv, and playing around on the internet. It's not the most glamorous situation and I'm sure Chip would rather not wait ...
