La Jolla - The best beach in San Diego of which there are many. The views of the sea, cliffs and rocks are divine. There is also this area where you can see loads of seals and pelicans on the beach and they are protected by the authorities - really cool!

... beluga whales, walruses, piranhas and so much more. Oh- and flamingoes! I got to see real life flamingoes. They were gorgeous- although more of a coral colour than the pink that I was expecting. We could put a few coins into a machine that would spill out food pebbles that we could then feed them. Pretty cool hey!? The park was awesome and we were lucky in that it was so quiet that we could walk straight onto all the rides and attractions with ease.
