... lost. Next we are on a 22 tram taking us to Prague castle, but no we are going in the opposite direction, so we take a 22 back the other way, and lo and behold we end up back in Andel, outside our hotel! We continue on and are told that the tram is taking different routes because of roadworks. No wonder Denys can't make head nor tail of the transport map. We could have caught this tram from right outside the hotel ...

... blur! Although we did get stitched up by the cabbie who took us home, he charged us around $50 AUD for a 5 minute cab ride. Ah well!

Day three of Prague and we all woke feeling like ****. It was the second worst hangover I’d had on the trip (the worst being Madrid) but luckily enough the Mad House has TV/movie room with a fully loaded hard drive. Once the boys checked in to the Mad House from Ahoy! All 5 of us chilled in the room for the majority of the day ...

... ended up in a medieval torture museum which was pretty interesting and sickening...then had M and S pasta at the hostel.
Jazz club in the evening! It was very very good, we got in free and there were cheap drinks :D then we went and bought some gingerbread and ended up meeting up with Sams friend Matt again for beers :) I was very tired by then and we ended up getting back at 2am and train was at 1030am so this makes for a an extremely tired Maz!
Off to explore Vienna :D speak soon ...

... so well--it definitely enhanced the experience, and now I understand the cliché: "who you are with is more important than where you go."

Fortunately for us, we scored on both.

The bookends of our journey were a bit rocky (due to transportation mishaps and flooding that cancelled my return train), but honestly the recovery from those disappointments was unusually positive and added to the charm of the trip.
