... it was time for me to head back into the city to get ready for another week. Reflecting on the weekend, I can say that I have never been made to feel more at home in someone's house than I did this weekend. ... Park. We drove along more winding mountain roads before descending and arriving at a small town called Canungra. Here we turned onto the road to the national park, which was another 34km away at the end of a dead end road. The sat nav showed extreme squiggles on the map and we braced ourselves for a very windy road to the park. Kirsty was driving though so I just got to sit there and admire the view, which was really good down into the valleys we had just climbed out ...
