We thank them both so much for those wonderful al fresco breakfasts on the terrace, the delicious meals they both cooked for us and their warm and genuine hospitality. The people were also really nice and friendly: we got oranges from an old grandfather we had to pick out of the trees, an old lady was showing us all the nice places (incl. the flower gardens) we must visit, an older couple invited us for a glass of wine and had lots of fun stories, a couple with two children invited us for pancake breakfast, we got a towel made by his wife with cats on it, we got a ...
... was quite good for a kids movie :-) . One of the polar bears had just had a baby less than a month ago, and we could see it sleeping on a live video-cam. We ended our day there with a ride on the monorail back to the front of the park. We did note that the seagulls in Australia are just as obnoxious as the seagulls in California.
