After a quick freshen up back at the hotel, we went into town for a quiet dinner for two. Many of our group were wandering around so we ended up in an eight at a very good French restaurant and had the best French red wine we have ever had from the Medoc region. Bed at 11.30. ...

... in their Sports Bar which had an eclectic collection of chairs and great posters of top sports people and teams. The poor lady behind the bar had to deal with about 50 people all at once wanting coffee or alcohol. She did very well. After an hour or so the rain eased and we were able to go out and play. More than half decided to cab it back to the hotel but I went on with Liz Halpin. It rained for a few holes but then got quite ...
