Started our morning off with a tour along the Dieppe beach. The beach is not at all what I thought it would be - no sand - large rocks form the beachfront area. It's not really easy to walk on either. The Dieppe memorial to Canadians is very close to the beach. It is also directly below a very large castle built in 1440. Built for the King at the time. PS we are headed back to Paris sometime tomorrow afternoon and I'm looking forward to doing some downtown sight seeing, visiting with my cousin Elise and catching up in sleep! I definitely feel like sleep is a luxury only afforded to those who's family members all live in the same time ...
This morning I took a nice warm bath and then ate some bread and cheese and drank some coffee for breakfast. I swear I've eaten so much in this trip I feel like a balloon right now, but I know I will work it all off once I start my yoga teacher training. Today it is a little cloudy outside so I haven't ventured down to the beach just yet, so I think I'm going to meditate on what I should do today.
