... when we are right there. Obviously we don’t have passports to be able to do that as they’re currently in processing so you can only imagine how bummed out we feel. We pull off into the outlets just before border protection units swarm other cars passing through, and do some shopping. ... t realise you got wet, it was fun trying to get others wet too. Pirate Reef... Liam's favourite! Which is interesting since he refused to go on a roller coaster... Maybe I will have some luck at another theme park getting him on a coaster. We were hot and you are guaranteed to get soaking wet in this ride, Enchanted walk... Again another attraction that has woodland creatures all constructed out of Lego. Witching well... Another Lego creation opposite ...

I just had a wonderwonderful weekend with Pau :)
I arrived Saturday and I was direclty hit by the hot weather (ich musste mich gleich umziehen sonst wäre ich geschmolzen).
We direclty went to the city and had a little stroll around and ate a burrito... well I wanted a burrito but they miss understood me and I got a burrito plate. Lucky me that Pau shared with me XD.
Then we went to Coronado Beach on an "island": but before we ate icecream!!! ...

... families. With this being our last day in San Diego we decided that the zoo was the best thing we could see with so little time. This turned out to be the perfect call, with Abbie in particular ecstatic at the abundance of pandas, polar bears, lions and especially Elephants. Although the snakes were not a favourite of ours! The day ended with us fittingly watching the sunset at Sunset Point and it was a blessing in disguise to be leaving the next day as an influx of high school ...

... most of my stuff over to NY (I unfortunately couldn't go because I have to be there tomorrow for move-in and orientation). Did I mention how AMAZING the two of them are?!?! Good friends AND family?! Ridiculously spoiled here. After we squared away some errands, they hit the road and I headed down to la Jolla with MSJ and Carlee to get MSJ's bike shipped and then we had lunch with my super awesome bike mechanic Steve. MSJ then took off with her friend from SD (insert another goodbye) ...
