1. The bed feels really comfortable
2. There is beach access from the property and we've had a walk on it.
3. We're on the ground floor so didn't have to carry the cases far.

... were about 200 people there all doing a warm up routine . We don't do that in London but it's a good idea. I introduced myself to the run director & then we were off. The course is through St Peters Park, out to a midway point they call 'heart break hill' having run it I'd say 'heart attack hill' might be more appropriate but probably off putting. ... There are not many people on the road and if, then only in the other direction. We stop several times at the many lookout points. At Split Point, between Aireys Inlet and Fairhaven we park our large vehicle along the road and walk up to the lighthouse.
