... own blankets and pillows, brilliant! Best cinema we have ever been to and the random film that was on, Divergent, turned out to be really good. At the beginning of each film the audience must stand for the Kings anthem and a tribute to his life is played on screen. I managed to keep silent throughout this one, not like in the Bangkok train station where i was told off with many starring eyes and "idiot tourist!" looks.

It has been 6 years since Kate last visited Bangkok and it doesn't smell as bad as she remembers. However the mental clumps of power lines are worse. As is the traffic, but whether that's just due to the protests is hard to say.
