Two versions, one story
... No rhinos in Costa Rica, but we'll play along. The sea was angry today. We had large swells all day, but luckily no one got seasick. We were fishing mainly for mahi mahi, but we were told there were sailfish, grouper, and rooster fish in the area. We had 5 lines in and had our first hit about 10 minutes in. Everyone at the hostel was awesome, the guys who ran it are so laid back and so friendly that they attract like minded people, a perfect week at the week. But we had to leave as Grace wanted to see other stuff apart from semi naked men, surfers, Dj's and sunset, perfect beaches.....We were off to the jungle and to a Volcano for 3 days.....

... And, again, he really thinks the CR cops are going to help???? I totally vibed that the cops were just there because the loud gringo insisted. They did absolutely nothing and the second tica left in a taxi while they were there! Hilarious!
But the funniest thing about this story is that I'm not even thinking about moving! No paso nada! No harm, no foul. Pura vida! Just another crazy day in paradise!
