... the street in an uphill way. Everything here is hilly. Not a surprise since we are in a sky town but at an altitude of about 7000ft walking anywhere seems more difficult.. Patrick and I have found ourselves easily short of breath at these altitudes and I seem to feel headachey and tired whenever we go ...

... there was no snow falling in SLC, due to its lower altitude and we took the opportunity to look around downtown, mostly around the impressive State Capitol and
Temple Square, the center of the Mormon faith , some very unusual buildings.
This afternoon we had a tour of the nearby Park City 2002 Olympic Ski Facilty, seeing the ski jumps, bobsled and luge tracks, still very cold, around 32f, but at least not snowing and appears to be clearing

... happy. We started taking Diamox today to prevent altitude sickness....well, 2 of us did. Kate is holding out and will stick with gingko for now.
