... only be 20 miles, so early start, early finish and lots of food and drink please. + Day 26. Sunday 7th September. Big Sheep Creek to Lima. Another freezing start to the day with plenty of ice on the tent and bikes. Whilst our wild camp spot was possibly the most beautiful of the whole trip, the problem with camping in a canyon (or gorge - not sure of the difference) is that it gets no morning sun. I let the boy talk me into to accommodations again, so here I sit typing from a cabin. I don't think I will get as good a nights sleep as I do outside. I am holding up my local beer, Moose Drool, here's to ...

Today we had to farewell our luxurious accomodations, our good friends, and most of all miss out on the fish themed dinner that the Chef was planning. This pain was eased by the knowledge that in a few short hours we would see Tim's Brother, Uncle Pete, and stay with him in his house in Bozeman for a week. Uncle Pete is an Internal Medicine Equine Veterinarian and the owner/head Vet of Montana Equine, a business he started from scratch and has slowly grown over time ...
