Wandering the Rue's
Today we wandered the streets across the breadth of Paris - from Place de Vosges in Bastille in the east to Tour Eiffel in the west. We traversed il-de-Cite and climbed the stairs to the top of the bell tower at Notre Dame. It is an amazing building, however I think they missed an opportunity for a water slide in place of the spiral staircase for the trip back down the tower. I'd pay extra for that. Our European Tour begins!
... We caught our cruise and sat there spellbound as the history of this ancient city unfolded in front of us!
