Day Two

The second day of our trip called for a sleep in and then a tour of the North Shore in the afternoon. After the Luau last night I have that Mele Kalikimaka song going over and over in my head which is driving me (and Billy because I keep humming it) insane.

... our hotel around 9:30pm, very tired, but satisfied food wise and entertainment wise! Oh yeah, and Mai tai satisfied with having consumed at least 3 of these over dinner! (That was only Grant and I drinking the alcohol, as here you have to be 21 and over, so Kelsi was unable to have one, but we were a bit naughty and sneaked her a 'blue lagoon'!)

Today is our last in Hawaii, so we went on a hike to Diamond Head, a volcanic crater. Called Diamond head, because when British sailors climbed it and saw the rocks sparkling they thought they were diamonds, in the 1800s. It was a warm breezy day(glad of the breeze).
