... as we were entertained by the fast, fancy knife work of our personal southern drawled Japanese chef at our table grill. We wondered how long "Y'all" had been in his vocabulary.
Thursday morning we again packed up and head to our 9:00 am tee time at Highland Oaks, another spectacularly beautiful course. All the difficulty aspects of yesterday's course were amplified here. Crazy long with again signature elevated greens requiring lots of carry. A little frustration with ...

What a fun-filled day yesterday! We spent the whole day at the National Naval Aviation Museum, the world's largest naval aviation museum, at the Pensacola Naval Air Station. There are over 150 beautifully restored aircraft representing Navy, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard aviation. These aircraft are displayed both in the museum's 350,000 square feet inside exhibit space ...

... now staying. It's a small world! Today we drove into Destin to Home Depot for a water regulator gauge and a grill propane hose -- not especially fun, but necessary. Then on to Henderson Beach State Park to walk on the beautiful white sand beach -- got our 10,000 steps in and enjoyed every minute of it. Gulf beaches are probably the most beautiful in the world -- or at least we think ...

Hello everyone, we are at one of our favorite RV parks in Panama City Beach, FL. The beaches here are wonderful, white sugar sand and Emerald green water. We were here last year about this same time so we planned a return trip. This year the weather has NOT been very favorable for beaching. So our plan is to stay further south next year either on the keys or near Naples until mid March to return here. While we were in he ...
