... up early and ran to the beach to watch the sunrise. The sunrise was beautiful and the beach was full of people who were out doing the same. Afterwards I just went back to the hostel, packed my bags and went to catch the bus to the next destination on my journey: Bayron Bay. Surfers Paradise was really touristy, with lots of hotels everywhere, but it was fun to see the place, shopping there was quite good, and the beach was absolutely ...

Wow are we impressed. Yes we know we say this every week but we are. What a fantastic and lovely craftsman we have contracted to build our camper.

Today we inspected the bedframe which has been completed. It is so beautiful Sharon was in tears. One piece of lightweight ply, carefully bended around a corner. One piece!!! Then Chris has welded the bedframe to go on top. Light steel. What an amazing effort is all of this? It must have taken hours and hours of work.

... for a 20mins ride to Draculas! We had to go on a brief ghost train to get to the main theatre where we had a 3 course meal served by vampires and they put on a dance/comedy show. Was very unusual but great entertainment - we loved it! They showed all our scared reactions on the ghost train on a large screen in front of the audience too which was funny! There was quiche for starters and I chose the lamb shank in a Moroccan sauce with rice. Then we had a choc mousse ...
