    ... National and State plated kids!! They really didn’t stand a chance but it was good to ride the track, something different including bitumen berms and surprise surprise we needed to be officials too, you just never get out of the work of a volunteer. Considering the kids were all on bikes not suited to them, had no clips on their shoes and didn’t know the track they did really well, it was freezing out their too!!!
    A drive around the suburbs of Brisbane was also undertaken ...

    ... we wouldn't listen anymore. We had made an advanced booking at the Gold Coast Holiday Park on Bhavani’s friends recommendation.  Her advice was excellent.  Without doubt the toilet / shower block was the best we’d experienced.  A massive built in fish tank greeted you in the foyer of the building.  Laminex bench tops and doors, live fern garden in the corner, tapless hand basins along with soft music made for a special treat.  It ...

    ... it's Easter tomorrow and the shops and bars close at midnight. After an enormous breakfast we head to the beach. It's so wonderful just rest in the sun. The beach just goes on for miles. Swimming in the sea however is more like a boxing match that you consistently lose. The waves just hit, you've got enough time to get up and wipe your eyes before another hits.
