      ... a handy dandy mat!

      We had to set up in the rain and our planned bbq ended up being a pan fry. Of course that got the fire alarm going so that battery was removed! Oh well! We'll put it back before we head out again. :-)

      ... he likes the challenge of learning something new too. After we found the right battery and ordered it we drove through Jacksonville to get to the A1A. Jacksonville seems to be a very working class city and as it was Sunday, the streets were very very quiet. It took awhile to make our way through the streets but we managed to get through Jacksonville and onto the A1A.       ... back to the hotel, so we ordered drinks and sat out by the pool. We hadn't been there that long but could see thick black clouds starting to roll in from the sea in our direction. We moved to the covered area just as the rain started. Some woman was telling us about a white sports car stuck in the sand. But it wasn't the only car having trouble.       ... was given a fruit plate and then randomly some were given cake as well and some ice cream. David was given cake, the guy to his left, ice cream and neither for me which was fine sine I wasn't very hungry. We finally reclined our chairs and went to sleep about 4:30am ( Florida time).
