Farewell to Benicassim
Last few days here we really can't believe the week has gone so quickly.
We have enjoyed exploring the area; our mission here is to find a place to return for the whole winter next year.
Benicassim is high on our list although the nights are cold. the days have had their fair share of sun we would like another 5 degrees warmer.

On our way to VALENCIA
... anchorages so it meant that if we wanted to reach Valencia next we had to do one long sail to get there. Everything was going just great on this leg and we were cruising along nicely as before when the wind died…yep…17 knots to nought in a few minutes. Happy Birthday to Marie
... foot caught in a tuft of shrubbery which decided to bring him "down"...we didn't realize until later that he had a rather nasty cut on his knee. When we stopped at the outlook we rolled up his pant leg to discover his wound. Unfazed, he carried on and we managed to walk more 16 km before lunch.
When we returned home the "boys" went to work in the kitchen again. This time they prepared a delicious vegetarian spaghetti.

Marie's "Day Before Birthday" Lunch
This weekend was very special for us. Yesterday we had the surprise arrival of Lars' youngest son Mikael. And Marie's birthday is on Sunday, so on Saturday a special luncheon at their home was planned.
