We depart Camping Roquetas, promptly.
Uneventful 200 or so miles to our next destination, Arena Blanca, Benidorm.
This turns our to be a poor choice, it is right in the middle of Benidorm, or, as I prefer to call it, Blackpool, with sun. Not to my taste.

Monday is a chores day, clothes washing, well I suppose it cannot all be fun.
Our English neighbours are washing too, they are posh and have a little "camping twin tub".
Aren't women amazing, give them a sink, some hot water, and some dirty clothes and they will play for hours ...
... of the drive, I did threaten Kathleen with either taking the photographs, or, driving the van whilst I took the photographs, but, nothing would induce her to stop holding onto the seat with both hands.
Quite what good that would have done, if we had gone over the drop, is beyond me.

It was still daylight and we dropped off at 'Bert and Ernies' for a drink and bumped into the couple I'd helped on Friday at the Tourist misinformation office. They were still seriously engaged in finding alternative accommodation and after swapping stories and information, they came back with us to look at our apartment, leaving just as it went dark (around 6.30 at the moment).
