      ... squares with ornate fountains and found St. Paul's Gate leading out to the harbour. Amazing! We had beautiful sunshine today and no wind, so we enjoyed our last giros in the sun with wifi on the side! Walked outside the city and around to the Tower and Lighthouse of St. Nicholas. At the end of this small harbour stand two pillars each topped by a deer. This is where the Colossus is believed to have stood. The island was troubled by snakes, so the story goes and the deer were brought ...

      ... on xmas day this year. So our Lindos Christmas as it stands is made up of a lot of food and probably, definitely a lot of **** tv. Can't wait!
      Plans for Athens; there are none. Apart from good food and lots of it. And cinema to see the new penguins of Madagascar film!!!!
      England plans; friends food and a gathering on Friday 24th with friends from here there and everywhere to say goodbye and have a good knees up. :)

      We had a morning tour Sue and Darren - a lovely couple who are not about religion and are well travelled and down to earth. We had a great day with them and wish now we were doing the Holy Land with them as they have a car and driver and space for two more.........       ... when we arrived at Chora we completely missed the stairs up to the monastery but had a great time wandering around this picturesque village, spotting restaurants with views for lunch and a bakery! We came across a church which we thought might be the monastery but were shooed out by the priest as he was leaving and locking everything.       ... the old dead skin. I didn't notice much difference, but Kinda thinks it was beneficial for her feet.

      We walked back to the ship and saw the Queen Elizabeth docked next to our which held several thousand people and dwarfed our cruise ship. I don't think a bigger ship would be any better and personally I prefer exploring new places than staying on the ship and ours had good food and plenty to do.
