The fright of my life!

... bat which gave me the fright of my life. I ran all the way back to the table leaving my drink there.

Then we managed to safely get the bird out back home to its mother. Then we watched the Men's Grand Wimbledon Finale. It was Federer Vs Djokovic. We wanted Federer to win but sadly Djokovic won.

Then we had haircuts.

Then I did more homework and went out to play soccer with Olli and Dad, then came in for tea.

Then we went outside and played tag in the outside pool. Art went back and watched Mum swimming because he thought it was too cold?!!! Then Art came back and we played more tag. Then we lay in the sun for a bit it was so hot.

Col Bagging Today! My first French Col.

Today I bagged my first Col. called Place Col de la Merquire.

I bet my top speed today it is now 40.1 km/hr and I am faster than Art. Art is only 0.1 behind me. He is 40 km/hr. I bike like Contador!

It was great fun. We went down a massive hill at the end, I was wobbling because it was so steep. Art was shouting at me to slow down. I was right on Dads wheel and I wasn't slowing down!

It was 32 degrees but it didn't ...

... parked our bikes up, wandered around until we found the tourist information where we asked which bus to get, she replied in lovely French pointing to places on the map and bus timetable she gave us, which we kinda understood, found we had an hour to kill before the next bus so had a wander through the streets, unfortunately most of the shops seem to shut on Mondays much to Andy's glee! Found a lovely coffee shop near the bus ...

... look the cathedral up on the Internet for details but I have never seen a cathedral with such a small space for the main service however it had lots of areas around the edge for small services, which looked as if these were for different saints. Every one inside whispered and respected the place they were in, even children seemed to be quiet.
We then went through the town to the river section which is a pleasant area to wander through ...
